So Now What?

Please complete this online form to best communicate how you would like Camp Kanuga to handle your fees.  Below is our are updated cancellation policies and other information you will need to know.

Updated Cancellation Policy, 2021 Registration, Donations, and Refunds

  1. May I donate my fees to help support Camp Kanuga?
    YES Please!
      This spring and summer Kanuga has lost over $4 million in revenue. We would be grateful for anything you can do.  With your help, we look forward to coming back strong in 2021.
  2. May I transfer my deposit/fees for a camp program in 2021?
    YES!  At your request we can hold your funds and use them for a camp program in 2021.
  3. May I get a refund?
    YES!  For any cancellations made after March 1st, Camp Kanuga will refund 100% of your fees, including the NON-refundable registration fee.  Kanuga will do our best to refund fees by the start date of the session that is cancelled.

What if my child “ages out” this summer - may they come back next year?

YES!  Camp Kanuga will now accept 16-year-old campers 2021 for our overnight Sessions 1-5 at Camp Kanuga.  Also, we already offer programming for 16-18-year old’s in our Expeditions and Leadership Academy programs.  Campers who are graduating high school can serve on staff in our CREW program.
